The EFI Foundation’s Energy Futures Finance Forum (EF3) focuses on bolstering private investment in decarbonization, as explained in a new framing paper. “We’re not going to have the deployment of large amounts of low-carbon technology without private capital at a very, very large scale,” EFI CEO Ernest Moniz said at the program’s launch event.
